Dju Robinson is a visual artist who lives and works in Montreal. She has a degree in photography and is also self-taught, having started sculpting in 1998 and turning to painting some ten years later. Very active on the local scene, Robinson has gained a national reputation over the past twenty years. She has had over forty solo and group exhibitions and has participated in various art events. Since 2011, her practice is focused on oil painting. Co-founder and co-organizer of the XL Biennial (2011) and of the multidisciplinary nonprofit Cercle CréatiC (2002), Robinson has also taught sculpture at the prestigious Saidye Bronfman Center for the Arts.

In 2007, he was awarded the Mention of Honour for his body of work at the Festival Rencontre des Arts in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Robinson has created numerous album covers, including Live by Karkwa, Piano mal by Sagot and Rooster by Robi Kuster. She also designed and sculpted the Cardozo-Coderre award. Her work has been featured in Décover magazine, the daily newspapers La Presse and Journal de Montréal, the weeklies Mirror and Voir, and Radio-Canada's Guide Culturel web. In 2017, Robinson was awarded a Research and Creation grant from the Canada Council for the Arts. In 2019, Robinson was invited by the MAI Centre (Montreal Arts Interculturel) to present a solo exhibition entitled -L'Exhumée-.
